Try an easy recipe right now; such as the Eye Fillet Surf & Turf, or the Coated Steak. Both are quick and easy to prepare, yet deliver a nice tasty punch.
Some recipes are a little more complicated; such as the goat curry or beef cheeks. These are best enjoyed during the cold winter months. Here I recommend you tackle these recipes over a weekend. If you purchase all the ingredients during the week, you have the whole day to relax and enjoy your cooking; along with a glass of your favourite red!

I have created these recipes to be packed with flavour, yet not break the family budget.
The only five exceptions to this would be the three duck and two spatchcock recipes.
Duck can be delicious when prepared correctly; however, I highly recommend you try the Pan Roasted Spatchcock first. Although expensive, this is a tasty delicacy everyone should enjoy.
Poultry recipes are usually easy to prepare; except perhaps for the chicken curry. The others have been created as 'in-the-week' or 'on-the-run' type meals. We are all busy and need to get things done.
As you have seen throughout my other books, I love to make my own sauces and gravies. These homemade sauces and gravies add that special touch not found in a bottle!

There is nothing better than to start the day with a thick fillet of Rare Crispy Skin Salmon and a few pieces of Fresh Fruit. Yum!
Throughout my recipe books, I have spoken of sauces, relishes, and gravies. However, when it comes to salmon, you need not add anything.
There is, of course, one recipe in this book that I must draw your attention too. It is the Seafood Pie. This recipe is best appreciated on a cold winters night. It consists of the mixed fish component, a rich, creamy white soup-like sauce, and the fresh herb and cheese mash potato. Offer this one to your family and friends - and watch them come back for more!
Out of all the recipe books I have written, this seafood book cost me the most to create. That’s just the nature of the market. Treating ourselves to a tasty meal, as often as possible, is what makes life worth living.
At the end of the day, have fun in the kitchen. Spill a bit, mess a bit, laugh a bit and...well...perhaps drink a bit.

When I talk to my vegetables, they talk back to me. Often they tell me how they would like to be prepared; so they can deliver maximum flavour.
For example, my granny would cook, or simmer, her vegetables in boiling water for more than an hour. She would then strain the nutrients down the drain and dish up the pulp!
In my opinion, dead vegetables have no place on the dining room table.
Raw is always better, but not possible with some varieties. In these cases, I lightly roast, bake, boil or stir-fry my veggies. Of course, you can use the microwave - but again this is just a faster way to send your veggies to heaven!
If you need a quick twist to your potatoes, I suggest you try my Creamy Mustard & Fennel Potatoes.

At first, when creating these for you, I was a little sceptical about what the flavours may turn out to be. That concern was quickly doused when the meal landed on the plate.
Vegans enjoy some very bold and deliciously tasting meals. As a person who loves to cook with fresh ingredients; and produce delicious meals, I am especially proud to bring you this book.
My photographer has three recipes which he highly recommends and says you must try. The Quinoa Salad with Pomegranate Dressing. The Mexican Bean Salad and the Granola Mango Sorbet.

I have created these Budget recipes for you; with a limited amount of money in mind.
The questions I asked myself were;
I walked up and down the store floor for hours in search of ideas. Once I got an idea, I would rush home to my mums' kitchen and immediately went about preparing the evening meal .... then, with bated breath ... I waited for the reaction from the family.
The 20 recipes in this book got the family's highest praise.

In a nutshell; there is a drink in this book for everyone. Please do not give any alcoholic drink to an under-age person, or someone on medication. The alcohol components in these recipes can be eliminated without a dramatic change to the outcome.
I am particularly proud of my Choc-mint Frappé and Watermelon Lime & Mint Cooler. When served cold, these are a delicious afternoon drink enjoyed outside on a hot day.
Some drinks are best served cold, and others hot. In this book, I have created an array of different drinks for you to choose. Each has its place; either in the summer or winter, after a gym session or on the terrace with friends.
Either way, I’m sure you will find a drink to enjoy.
